SIDAS 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE 

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of SIDAS insoles, you can return them within 30 days and we will refund the full cost of your purchase.

 

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all Sidas pre-shaped insoles featuring the guarantee on their packaging.

 

How to claim:

 

> Return your insoles in their original box with your proof of purchase to the store where you purchased them, stating the reason for your dissatisfaction.

 If you are unable to return your insoles to the Sidas retailer where they were purchased, you can return them to your nearest retailer (see the list at www.sidas.com).

 

> Your product will be inspected by the Sidas retailer and then refunded or exchanged.

SIDAS 2-YEAR WARRANTY

 

Sidas pre-shaped insoles are guaranteed against any defect in material or workmanship (fault) for 2 years. This warranty applies only to faults detected during the warranty period and benefits only the original purchaser of the product. Sidas insoles comply with their technical description and specifications; it is your responsibility to ensure that they are appropriate for the use you intend to make of them and to choose a suitable product.

This warranty is valid and binding only in the country where the product was purchased and providing Sidas has authorised the distribution of the product in said country. This warranty is also valid in all countries where Sidas has a subsidiary or distributor.

 

 

 

 

I. Conditions of application and exclusions 

 

The following damage is not covered by the warranty:
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product
- Damage resulting from the transport or storage of the product
- Damage resulting from use for which the product was not designed or from poor maintenance
- Damage resulting from modification of the product
- Damage resulting from a shock or caused by pointed objects, twisting, compression, a fall, an unusual impact and other actions out of the control of Sidas.

 

II. Enforcement of the warranty

 

 

In the event of a fault, Sidas or an authorised Sidas retailer undertakes at its discretion either to repair the product or replace the product at its cost. This choice will be made by the retailer on the basis of the following considerations:
a. the value that the product would have if it did not have a fault,
b. the extent of the fault,
c. the inconvenience caused to the original purchaser by the compensation offered.
Sidas undertakes to ensure that any repair or replacement will be made within a reasonable time, depending on the nature of the goods and the use sought by the original purchaser.

 

III. How the warranty works 

To make a claim under the warranty, return the product with the till receipt to the retailer from whom you purchased the product. Your product will be inspected by the Sidas retailer and then replaced or repaired.
